Anna and I are back home in NYC - it's good to be back! We missed our boys! Before I left for Rob and Robin's wedding in Houston, I made a "book" for Gabe that told him page by page, day by day, what I would be doing in Texas, how much I'd miss him, and then left a box for him to tell Daddy what to write in (like what he did during his day) and to draw or color me pictures... I came back home to the cutest keepsake ever. One day he had Daddy write to me all about the "cheeza" he ate for dinner and how he missed us... It was really hard being away from both Manny and Gabe. There were so many people there I would have loved to have introduced them to, but I am also thankful that one and a half Gutierrez's were there to represent.
I felt so blessed to be a part of the Rob and Robin wedding; a lot of our college buds were there and as most of those close to me know, my college buddies are the best in the world. I can't imagine life without them! My second family!

Aww how we missed Daddy and Gabe at the wedding! Of course, at 1:55 p.m., 5 minutes before the ceremony, Anna crapped her pants and I had to run in to the bathrooms to get her cleaned up before the bride's grand entrance! Then, around 2:15, she was hungry... So we ran out to nurse her in this private room we found, and then rushed back in to catch the Mass. Crazy girl! But we had great bonding... No big brother to share the attention (i.e. demand the attention!) and Anna didn't cry at all the whole weekend (I can't say the same for myself!). She is seriously the best baby ever. What a buddy.
