Since Anna's surgery, we've unfortunately seen about an 85% regression across the board in her physical development. It's been extremely hard watching it unfold, but we didn't want to sit back and just take it! With the greatest help from Girl Power 2 Cure's "everything Rett site" rettgirl.org, I found some amazingly helpful product reviews and ordered a few products to help us through this. One thing that came in the mail today was a weighted vest.
Anna hasn't sat up on her own since the beginning of August, so when we fitted the vest on her, it immediately calmed her and she felt secure enough to sit on her own! We go see her neurologist tomorrow morning to try and find out exactly what's going on with our Anna Banana, so hopefully we get some good news and this will be all be over soon.
When we get the rest of our products, we'll post. I'm so excited to share!!

Oh I am soooo glad that Anna sat by herself today. Do you think it's anxiety? Our Annie is on Buspar for that and it's been really her. I'll continue praying for all of you, I'm so sorry that you are going through all of this. I know you are in wonderful hands, hopefully your pat. next week will shed some light. Hugs!!!!
