As I sat at my computer today, editing photos and writing writing writing, nothing called to me louder than my couch and it's message was "Naaaaaaaaap! Take a nap!" Of course with the hubs on doubles all week and a full plate myself, I had to tell the couch to shush the hecks up. Then, Gabe came in. "Come look at Anna, mom, she fell asleep and looks soo sweet." I wanted nothing more than to kiss her profusely and lay down right beside her. But I couldn't, so I took a picture instead.

On another note, Gabe's school had a Kindergarten Sing-Out, where families were welcome, siblings included, to take part in music class and sing some school favorites. Usually I wouldn't brave the weather or the loud noise and take Anna, but I let her decide. I asked her this morning if she wanted to go to Gabe's school and sing some songs with his friends, and she didn't need a YES card. Her smile said it all. So we woke her up a little before her nap was over and told her where we were going. She laughed the whole way there! When we got there, Gabe was SO excited!! It was Anna's first time at his school and he couldn't wait to show her off to all of his friends. One of his buds came up to us and said "Hi Anna! I saw you on T.V.!" It was the cutest thing. We asked her while we there if she was having fun and she hit YES over and over.
By the time we got home, it was time for our afternoon ABA and then PT. I think she hit the couch in between sessions to catch up for what sleep she missed earlier. But it was so worth it!

This might be my favorite post of all time. Anna having fun with Gabe and his buds at school. Screw regression. This kid has come a long way.
