My (Somewhat) Famous Hubbalub

How cool is this! Thanks to my high-tech HDTV cable box, compliments of TimeWarner cable, I can record, rewind, fast forward previously taped shows, and pause as I am watching television. The "pause" feature comes in handy now that I go to the bathroom 13 times a day (I counted yesterday, it's true). But thankfully my life is full of hustle and bustle most of the time so I don't spend much time in front of the boob tube and Gabe and I usually turn it off after Dora and Diego, that end at 10 a.m. But today is a day where I actually sat down past 10 a.m. and watched The View that comes on here at 11. 

The director, about 10 minutes into the show, cut to a shot that showed the two jibs on each side of the studio and there he was - My Manny - on TV! Ok, grab the remote, hit Rewind, Play until the shot, Ok there it is - PAUSE. Camera out. Click! Manny's on national TV. (Loooooook closely!) 

I don't really realize on a daily basis how cool it is that he works on a national show. I tend to think of it as a local show since it's produced in NYC. It's when we visit the fam in Ohio and it's on there, or when we're in Florida and... you guessed it... It's on there too. Then I get excited. My husband is a national phenomenon! Ok not exactly but still... It's totally exciting. And on in all 50 states! People in Alaska got to see my hubby! Lucky for me I get to see him in the flesh in about 4 hours! You go Mano!
