Christmas'ing at a Tree Farm

About a half mile away from Abuela's is a Christmas Tree Farm, where the owners travel to Michigan and North Carolina, pick up beautiful Christmas trees and bring them down for the Floridians. They grow some of their own, too, and offer hay rides through their fields of Christmas trees.

No... Really... They had real trees. This was just a part of the Christmas Maze.

It was a change of pace for me to go Christmas tree shopping in a t-shirt and flip-flops; looking around at the sun a'shining and not worrying about piles of snow was nice, but different. The farm was great for families, they had a petting zoo, an area to play in piles of hay, a Christmas maze, and a wreath and gift shop. They also sold hot dogs and marshmallows and gave you sticks to roast them over the fire. We all had a great time, but Gabe by far enjoyed it the best.

"Hey!!!!" I mean... "Hay!"

Gabe rode his first pony!

After we had been there for a few hours, we were ready to pack up shop and head back to Abuela's. We've kept busy but it's been relaxed. We've been loving every minute of it.
