In true Anna fashion, she had a major blow out (as we have come to expect nearly every morning), requiring a bath and wardrobe change. While I was buttering her up with lotion, she began to look quite relaxed... And then sleepy... Knowing we had to nurse one more time before her afternoon nap time, I sat her up so she wouldn't pass out on me on the diaper changing table. A few seconds in to propping her up, I noticed she didn't need me anymore... She wasn't swaying left to right or kissing her toes... Why... Our little Anna was sitting up all by herself!!
We've had fleeting moments lately of "how long will she sit?" and it lasts only a few seconds before she (gently) catapults sideways.
Not today though!

What a little sweetie pie. I can't wait to see you all. It's been tooooo long.
I knew I shouldn't have left, waited another week and enjoyed her sitting up....
